Beautiful place. Perfect for the 6 of us. Walkable to Old Town. Exactly as described. Host was on top of it and provided easy instructions to follow. Would definitely stay again.

The house is a quick Uber trip for downtown Sacramento night life. Everything was clean and super comfortable. we felt right at home. The hosts were super communicative and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

A beautiful spot in a quiet neighbourhood. The house was soo cute and very tastefully decorated. Clean and welcoming the minute you stepped into the house. The kitchen is very well equipped for adult and children with even a little dry food cupboard with a few random things in it. The backyard was amazing - had everything we wanted and more. From lawn games to jumping off the diving board, to corn hole and connect four and a hottub to warm up in. The host was very responsive and helped us with anything we needed throughout our stay. We cannot wait to come back!

Great stay. Good location. Would recommend soudproofing, like the other reviews suggest. The units share very thin walls. We were grateful for respectful neighbors during our stay. Other than that, you will enjoy your stay.

Noah's place was incredible. Great location, quiet, private, clean, everything we needed to feel at home was provided. We loved the pool, hot tub and comfortable hangs outside! We will definitely be back to stay again here or at one of Noah's other properties. 10/10!!

This place was absolutely amazing, such a great location near old town and so much to do at the Airbnb. The hosts were super quick to respond with any questions we had and helped us have one of our favorite trips ever! Will definitely be coming back!

This is my third stay at the property. The host is always responsive and accommodating. It’s a 5 minute walk from old Sacramento and a 5 minute drive from groceries and other services you might need while in town. This is my preferred place in the capital.

Great spot! Easy walk to old town, and CVS, cute breakfast spot “Merci” just a 5 minute walk away. Overall good stay, clean, well maintained, great communication from hosts! Had all the kitchen and bathroom basics. Would absolutely stay again!

I absolutely loved my stay here! The neighborhood was so peaceful and quiet—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The home itself was super cute and cozy, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my visit. The backyard was hands-down my favorite part—such a serene space to unwind, sip coffee, or just enjoy the fresh air. And I have to say, I really appreciated all the seasonings in the kitchen (yes, all of them lol)—it made cooking so much easier and more fun! Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a calm, comfortable getaway with thoughtful touches and great hospitality.

The place was great. Close to many great places to eat. Easy access to everything and very easy access to downtown. We had an awesome time while staying at Noah’s place. Our experience in Sacramento was even better for staying at an affordable and very nice place. We appreciate their quick responses to any questions we had.
