We had a great stay here. The neighborhood is convenient and relatively quiet, a small amount of noise from other residents of the building coming in and out but generally the apartment is well insulated from noise. The beds are comfortable, the place is very clean and new. There is street parking readily available (the signs say 1 or 2 hours without permit but it didn’t seem to be enforced)

What a charming Airbnb! It’s beautifully renovated and decorated - looked exactly like the photos and description. The host, Kevin, was super responsive before and after check-in answering any question or need. The location was also great. There were plenty of places to eat and walkable plus plenty of street parking. I would highly recommend!

Our stay was great, we were in town for 3 nights. House has many windows for fresh air. Neighbors were quiet didn’t have any issues.neighborhood was quiet at night as well. Short drive to the grocery store, cafe and restaurants walking distance. Overall a 5/5.

If you're feeling hesitant about booking, please use this review as your sign to book. The place is exactly as described and photographed. The kitchen in particular was very nice, there's a beautiful stove with an attached produce rinsing station. It was in a very nice, quiet neighborhood and very walkable to restaurants, the natural foods co-op and even what looked like a performing arts center. Everything was clean and well taken care and we enjoyed the option of having a washer and dryer even for a short stay. The hosts rules are very well communicated and I didn't feel blind sided by anything. They were super communicative throughout the entire stay and very thoughtful with their inquiries. If you're looking for a cute midtown getaway, I 100% recommend. I hope to stay again when visiting Sacramento :)

It's close to old town although I would say probably the quiet side of old town. Team was very responsive. Rules seem strict but we had no problem as we were mostly using it for a place to sleep. Parking was easy and covered!

This home is in a great neighborhood with a short, 5-15 min walk into the Old Town part of Scottsdale. Many restaurants and shops, museums, to visit! It was peaceful and the outdoor pool and backyard very private. Close drive to other cities as well! We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home.

I definitely recommend Kevin’s place for an affordable place to crash right in the heart of Midtown. It’s a very nice property inside and out, and has everything you’d need for 1-2 people. The bed is comfortable, bathroom looks new and there’s even a cute little porch to sit on a brisk Sacramento morning. It is a shared property with the stairs and other rooms, but your unit itself is private and has its own lock. It was also quiet in the time I was there despite others being in the other units. You can’t really beat the location, so walkable to anything within the midtown area with Temple nearby, Paragarys, cafe Bernardo, etc. I appreciated Kevin’s concern to ensure I was comfortable and look forward to staying here again.

5 of us came in for Waste Management and this place was a perfect fit for our weekend. Short drive/walk to old town Scottsdale restaurants/bars. We loved the pool and hot tub and would definitely recommend!

Enjoyed our stay. Host communication was great! Home was clean. Quiet neighborhood that was an easy walk to nearby restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the fire pit and would have liked to have enjoyed the pool, but hadn’t realized the extra daily charge for heating the pool when initially booking. Kitchen was overall well equipped for meal prep, though could have used a few more dishes for a group our size. Overall would recommend!

This home is absolutely beautiful—spotless inside and out, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and welcoming. The host was friendly, quick to respond, and made the stay even better. I’d happily recommend this place to anyone and hope to return for a longer visit next time.
