We were very happy with Noah’s place. We were in close proximity to the stadium and went to a game with ease as well as caught some fireworks from the house which was pretty cool. Our son plays ball and enjoyed all the baseball themes going on inside the house. It’s a great place if you’re catching a game or hanging out in old town or along the river walk.

The hosts answered my few questions right away, not many questions necessary as they described the offering very clearly and accurately; quiet peaceful location, yet near shops and restaurants; tastefully decorated. Had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

We had a great stay at this Tempe home. The neighborhood next to Optimist Park is quiet, safe, and pleasant to walk around. The house was clean, functional, and exactly as described. It has three bedrooms, including one with a two‑level bunk bed that’s perfect for kids. The living room features a theatre-style entertainment setup, and there’s also a large bonus room with a bar area and wine fridge — a great space to unwind in the evenings. The kitchen was stocked with well‑selected utensils and everything we needed for cooking. The backyard was a highlight, with a spacious layout, a large pool, and a hot tub. Our family loved it, and we honestly wished we could have stayed longer. Noah and Alex were responsive, helpful hosts throughout our stay, which made everything even smoother. Highly recommend this place.

This place was suuuper roomy for 5 girls. They were super quick to respond to our billion questions. Parking was totally fine despite the signs outside. Super close to everything. We enjoyed it a lot!

This is our third stay at one of Noah' s properties. They are well maintained, comfortable and the hosts are very accommodating. We will continue to stay them when visiting the Scottsdale-Phoenix area.

We had a very lovely stay in this beautiful apartment. The place was spotless and clearly very well cared for, which made us feel comfortable right away. The decor is absolutely stunning- stylish, the apartment looks bigger than on the photos. Communication with the host was excellent from the start to finish. Overall, very nice experience.

Overall, the place was clean and pretty nice. Everything was well organized and it fits the description. The walls are thin and you can definitely hear other people from a different suite, but it didn’t bother our stay that much.

Stayed here with a few colleagues for a conference and the house had everything we needed. Super clean; kitchen well-stocked with utensils, pans, and dishes; comfortable beds; quiet neighborhood. Nima and his team were very quick to respond to any questions. Would stay again.

Mohsen said was the kindest and most accommodating host! He was proactive in reaching out and super responsive when it came to any questions we had! The area was wonderful and filled with beautiful trees! We had a blast in Sacramento and we will definitely be recommending this spot to friends and family visiting the area!
