Please remember to logout of the apps at checkout. Per regulations, guests are not allowed to use the mailboxes on site. You may have Amazon packages delivered to the door and also use nearby post office boxes for mail. We would not be liable for any lost packages.
Other Details to Note
IMPORTANT: The pool is heated during the Winter season only. Please note that the HOA controls when the AC/heat is turned on/off for each season, so, unfortunately, this cannot be controlled by the thermostat during the change of seasons. Therefore, we have no control over whether the thermostat is set to heat or AC in the spring/fall when temperatures fluctuate. The following HOA rules and regulations apply regarding the pool and spa areas. The HOA has video surveillance cameras in these areas and is recording and monitoring ALL activity very closely and is extremely quick to issue violations and fines. All video footage is reviewed and they track violations back through my key fob, so nothing is missed. We apologize and don't mean to rain on your party, but the fines are $150 per occurrence and will be passed along to guests. 1. Pool and spa compounds are open from 8AM-10PM. Accessing outside these hours or remaining past 10PM is prohibited. 2. Pool and spa gates shall be kept closed and locked at all times. Homeowners are not to prop open gates or hang anything over a lock to prevent closure. 3. Residents shall not give access to controlled areas to anyone not an occupant of their own unit. This includes other residents with non-working fobs. Please direct them back to the owner of the condo where they are staying. I will be fined if you let them in. I will also be fined for any rules they may break. 4. Pool and spa are intended for use by Residents and invited guests only. 5. No smoking, chewing tobacco, or vaping (e-cigarettes) permitted within pool or spa compound. 6. Observe all posted regulations, including but not limited to: - no excessive noise, no running, no diving, no cannon balls, no jumping in, no rapid throwing of objects; no unattended minors; no music/radios without use of headphones; no horseplay, shoulder rides, dunking, excessive public displays of affection, abusive or foul language, or fighting. 7. NO GLASS ITEMS of any kind shall be permitted within the pool and spa areas. 8. Food and drinks shall be kept and consumed a minimum of four (4) feet away from pool or spa edge, as per Maricopa County code. No food or beverages allowed IN pool or spa or within 4 feet of the pool or spa. Water does count as a drink so please be sure to keep even that at least 4 feet away. 9. Residents may not reserve any part of the pool or spa areas, including loungers. To access the property, please enter the following keycode on the keypad. If it is an August lock, you will also need to press the August logo at the bottom of the keypad after entering the code. Please let us know if you have any questions. Please kindly check additional reminders for the property and note that these are for STRICT IMPLEMENTATION. • No pets. • No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on the property including apartment complex. The apartment complex has No Smoking rules as well. Because other tenants are smoking does not grant permission. We are providing housing through a corporate lease, being 100% compliant is imperative. No smoking, no cigarette butts littering, no rubbing out burning cigarette tips, and no flicking cigarette ashes anywhere on the property, including the apartment complex. Please smoke on the street. • No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts and the like. • Check-in is anytime after 4 PM and check-out by 11 AM. • Self-check-in with a smart lock. • Do not disrespect your neighbors. • Do not wash dishes in the bathroom sink. • Do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames. • We do not allow personal mail deliveries to our property. We can only allow Amazon package deliveries. • Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe. • Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and do not have any unapproved visitors. • No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm. • If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, look after it; if you make a mess, clean it up; and if you move it, replace it. • We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. • FEES: A lost remote control (TV, fan, or air conditioner) will result in a $100 charge. • FEES: A $250 fine will be imposed for any type of smoking. • FEES: Unapproved Late Check-Out fees: Every hour after 11 a.m. is an additional $50. • FEES: Additional guests not listed in your reservation will be charged $50 per night per person. Please be completely transparent in your reservation so that you can avoid this issue. • FEES: A $250 fee will be assessed for blocking or covering entrance surveillance cameras. •Toiletries provided in the bathroom are intended for initial use only. These items are meant to serve as a startup kit to get you settled in upon your arrival.
