Please use garbage bags. Kitchen Use: If using the kitchen, all guests should clean up after cooking and wash any dishes used. Security Locking Doors: Ensuring doors and windows are locked when leaving the property. No Unauthorized Guests: Only the guests included in the reservation are allowed on the property. Safety Fire Safety: No open flames (candles, etc.) inside the property. Appliance Use: Proper use of appliances. Unplug when not in use. Communication Report Issues Promptly: All guests should report any issues or damages immediately to us. Check-in/Check-out Times: Check in is anytime after 4 PM. Possible early check in depends on the room’s availability. Check out is strictly 11 AM. Specific to Shared Spaces Respect Shared Spaces: Be considerate of other guests when using shared spaces like living rooms, kitchens, or bathrooms. The shared kitchen table is not to be used as a desk space. All computer usage needs to happen in the guest bedroom. There are co-working spaces and coffee shops within walking distance. Noise Levels: Keep noise to a minimum in shared spaces, especially during quiet hours. VIOLATION OF SUCH RULES may lead to eviction. There will be No refunds on unspent nights.

AC usage: To ensure the air conditioning system functions properly during your stay, please avoid setting the temperature below 72 degrees. Setting it too low can cause the coils to freeze, which may lead to a temporary loss of cooling. Keeping the thermostat at a moderate level will help maintain a comfortable environment throughout your visit. HVAC visit due to coil freezing because of setting the temperature too low will be charged to the guest.
