Mohsen said was the kindest and most accommodating host! He was proactive in reaching out and super responsive when it came to any questions we had! The area was wonderful and filled with beautiful trees! We had a blast in Sacramento and we will definitely be recommending this spot to friends and family visiting the area!

Had a really great stay. It was in a quiet area and had good neighbors. Everyone was out walking/running in the morning. The place was clean and had everything I needed. The backyard was amazing, but it was too cold to enjoy it. Only thing to note is, if you're planning on cooking, the pots and pans are not great and will give you a headache.

We had a great stay! This house was extremely clean and comfortable. The pool and yard were amazing. We had everything we needed and the host was very open and communicative. Would definitely stay here again for future visits.

We were visiting Sacramento during a college viewing road trip and the house was perfect for our group of six. Less expensive than a hotel would have been, great location, quiet neighborhood, and a very clean and comfortable space. Only negative I could mention is the bed mattresses are very firm, but that didn’t stop us from sleeping for two nights.

I stayed at this home for 12 days while traveling to Phoenix for work, and it was excellent for my trip. The house was very clean, comfortable, and conveniently located within walking distance of the project I was working on. In addition, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to Old Town Scottsdale, where there’s plenty to enjoy—great restaurants, shopping, and a lively area perfect for walking around and exploring. It’s also close to Scottsdale Fashion Square, offering even more dining and shopping options. I highly recommend this home—the space is fantastic, and the hosts were very accommodating and easy to communicate with throughout my stay.

Amir’s place was super quiet, and very walkable to many great places to eat. It was just a couple blocks from the light rail, and there was plenty of unrestricted parking a block away. I’ve stayed at a many Airbnbs in Sac, and this place is probably at the top of my list.

This is the perfect place to stay in Sacramento if you want to be near things and easily get around. We stayed with our two toddlers and walked everywhere w them in their stroller. It was the perfect space for four people and very safe. We visit often and will definitely stay again!

Location was great and host was quickly responsive. The only thing I would recommend is a fan downstairs. Temp of air conditioning was 72 which was great for upstairs but uncomfortable downstairs- air circulation downstairs would be great. Place was comfortable and had everything we needed. Super location for walks and restaurants. This is our go to place in Scottsdale! Thanks for a great sty!

This place was amazing !! Everything is so walkable, coffee spots, amazing restaurants, even music venues. Definitely recommend Amir’s place. Each host was very responsive, the space itself was very clean. Can’t wait for my next trip to Sac, will 100% be staying here. (:
