During our 12-day stay, we felt as comfortable as if we were in our own home. It was clean and hygienic. It was close to restaurants and shops. Communication with them was very easy and fast. The pool was clean. I recommend it to everyone. I will stay there again. Thank you for always staying in touch with us.

We loved the house! It was roomy, clean and had everything we needed. The backyard was very clean, they had fun games to play out back & the pool was A++ for our hot days there. The location of the home is perfect for anywhere you’d want to go-but honestly the house was so nice we didn’t really leave. 10/10 recommend & would definitely stay here again.

We booked a last minute trip to Sacramento and Noah was completely accommodating and very responsive. The apartment was super cozy and just what my 12 year old and I needed. The only issue we had was the upstairs neighbor has either a small child or a dog that runs back and forth a lot. Not a big deal, but worh mentioning if you aren't accustomed to apartment living. Calm, quiet neighborhood, we felt very safe. 10/10.

10/10, awesome stay! Ideal location, very clean and safe area. The host was very friendly and responsive and it was the perfect location! Close to great food spots plus lots to do. I loved the amenities as well. I will definitely be back for my next Scottsdale visit!!

House was easy to find and central to many locations. Overall good stay. Pool was lovely and the game room was a fun bonus. Host was very communicative and friendly. Would book again!

Great place to stay if you’re going to a ballgame at Sutter Health Park with it only being an 8 minute walk over to the stadium. Also short walk over the bridge into downtown. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

We had a great stay. all instructions were clear and easy. We spent most of our time outside in the pool even though it was SUPER hot out during our stay. When it was too hot we hung out on the couch, catching up on our downtime. The only suggestion I would make to have this be an absolutely perfect getaway would be to upgrade the firepit from wood to gas so we could enjoy s'mores during fire season. The beds were comfortable, the house was cool, the towels were plentiful and clean. Thank you for helping us have a great getaway from real life!

OMG! This place was amazing!! I got it for my mom & I, because she came to town. I originally had the place for 5 days, but ended up extending it for a week! It was so amazing!

My husband and I selected this townhome because of the location in Sacramento and because of photos showing a modern and newly renovated interior. The reality was even better than the pictures. We enjoyed making our breakfasts in the large kitchen with every appliance you could want. We were escaping the cold of and chaos of San Francisco on July 4th weekend and Nima's place provided just the peaceful location we were seeking. We turned off the AC and opened the sliding doors and big windows to feel the heat and breeze from outside. The big trees outside the window and throughout Sacramento were a wonderful surprise. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, over to the weekly Farmer's Market and down to the riverfront and Old Sacramento. It was easy to find paid parking in front of the building and free weekend parking nearby. Tower Theater and the Tower Café were a few minutes away by car as were Oak Park and restaurants in Midtown. We would definitely stay at Nima's place again

This home was exactly what we needed for a quick trip to Sacramento - walking distance to Old Town, the ballpark, and Drake’s The Barn. The home was clean and had all the amenities for our stay. Would definitely come back in a heartbeat if available.
