Please kindly check additional reminders for the property and note that these are for STRICT IMPLEMENTATION. • Please rinse before entering the hot tub. • Pets are strictly not allowed. • No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on the property. Please no cigarette butts littering, no rubbing out burning cigarette tips, and no flicking cigarette ashes anywhere on the property. Please smoke on the street. • For safety reasons, the use, storage, or possession of fireworks of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property, including indoors, outdoors, driveways, and surrounding areas. • No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays get-togethers, hangouts, and the like. • Check-in is anytime after 4 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. • Self-check-in with a smart lock. • Do not disrespect your neighbors. • Do not wash dishes in the bathroom sink. • Do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames. • We do not allow personal mail deliveries to our property. We can only allow Amazon package deliveries. • Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe. • Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and do not have any unapproved visitors. • No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 p.m. Fee of $200 for violators. • Please note that excessive internet data usage will result in a fee of $50 if it goes over the limits of our plan. • If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, look after it; if you make a mess, clean it up; and if you move it, replace it. NOTE: We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. • FEES: A lost remote control (TV, fan, or air conditioner) will result in a $100 charge. • FEES: A $250 fine will be imposed for any type of smoking. • FEES: Unapproved Late Check-Out fees: Every hour after 11 a.m. is an additional $50. • FEES: Additional guests not listed in your reservation will be charged $50 per night per person. Please be completely transparent in your reservation so that you can avoid this issue. • FEES: A $250 fee will be assessed for blocking or covering entrance surveillance cameras. •Toiletries provided in the bathroom are intended for initial use only. These items are meant to serve as a startup kit to get you settled in upon your arrival.
