Please note that we have installed a security camera at the front door, pointed outside for security purposes, and a NoiseAware device inside the home to monitor noise levels. The NoiseAware device is not intended for recording, and please be assured that we cannot hear any audio from it. We want to ensure that your stay with us is enjoyable and hassle-free. To make sure that we maintain the property's cleanliness and safety, we kindly request that you take note of the following reminders for STRICT IMPLEMENTATION during your stay at our property: Trash Collection: Someone from our trusted team will come over every Tuesday to bring out the bins for Wednesday’s collection. This is a routine task to keep the property clean and compliant with local waste pickup. She will be in and out briefly, will not disturb your stay, and will not enter the unit. We use white high quality sheets for our units. Please be sure not to get them stained, as we may have to charge $25 for extra cleaning (if the stains get removed) or the entire amount of the cost to replace the sheets if the stains cannot be removed. • Pets are strictly prohibited on the premises. • Smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana is strictly not allowed anywhere on the property. Please smoke on the street and do not litter cigarette butts or ashes on the property. • Parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, and the like are not allowed. • Check-in time is after 4 PM and check-out time is by 11 AM.
