Parking strictly in the driveway. NO STREET PARKING 6pm - 6am or you may be towed. NO Pets NO smoking, no littering cigarette butts, no rubbing out burning cigarette tips, no flicking cigarette ashes anywhere on property including apartment complex. Please smoke on the street. NO parties or events Check-in is anytime after 4 PM and checkout by 11 AM Self-check-in with smart lock Do not disturb neighbors Do not burn candles, incense or any other open flames. Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe. Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors. No Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm. If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back. We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. • FEES: Lost remote control (TV, Fan, A/C) will result in a $100 Charge • FEES: Smoking of any kind will result in a $250 Charge • FEES: Unapproved Late Check Out fees: Every hour after 11 am is an additional $50. • FEES: $50 per night per person for each person that is not stated in the number of guests in your reservation.
