This 2 Bedroom condo is updated and recently renovated with all the modern conveniences that you would need and desire. This unit is nestled in a mid-century modern community in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale walking distance to all local area restaurants, bars, shops and the Entertainment District! You will be close to everything you are looking for when you stay here.

The unit has 2 rooms with a comfortable high-quality King-size mattress, 2 thick adjustable foam Queen beds in the second room, and a large sectional sofa in the living room with a Queen-sized pull out with 5-inch health care grade memory foam mattress. There is a 75-inch Smart TV in the living room and large Smart TVs in each bedroom. The living room also has a massage chair with an ottoman for lounging. There is a TV stand with an electric fireplace with multiple LED light settings. The modern kitchen has everything you would need to prepare meals and host. The kitchen is updated with Stainless Steel appliances including gas burners and a stove. The dining area has a dining table with comfortable chairs. There is an adjustable roll-out table that can be used as a work-space. The unit has been redone with dimmable lighting throughout. There is Gigablast Cox WiFi for all your working, gaming, and internet needs. There is a large stacked washer-dryer. There are smart accent table lamps with additional power outlets and USB-A ports in the living room and bedroom areas. The bathroom does have a bathtub as well and a large Smart Mirror with LED light settings, anti-fog, and blue-tooth speakers built in it. There are Alexa Echo devices that can play individual music or be linked to play connected music throughout. All the comforts you would expect! *Important: Though our smart TVs have streaming apps installed (Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime), guests would need to log in with their own credentials. Please remember to logout of the apps at checkout. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Cooling is turned off by the HOA during the wintertime, so we can only use the heater. Neighborhood

Quiet, mid-century modern neighborhood nestled in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale near the Entertainment District. This complex is within walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale and very close to the well-known Valley Ho Hotel. There is a cool little neighborhood market located at 3703 N 69th St Unit 1 which is located on the corner of 69th street and East 2nd Street. It is across from the unit and they have most of the items needed for short stays. There is also a Circle K at the end of 69th street and Indian School.

Guest access

There is a laundry room on-site for larger needs, but there is a generous stacked washer and dryer in the unit. There is also a shared pool for guest use. There is open parking all along the street in the neighborhood and an assigned spot for guests on the North Side of the building. You will have access to the common areas including the large, deep pool and poolside seating and lounge chairs. There are also grassy areas in the main courtyard as well.. Per regulations, guests are not allowed to use the mailboxes on site. You may have Amazon packages delivered to the door and also use nearby post office boxes for mail. We would not be liable for any lost packages. AC usage: To ensure the air conditioning system functions properly during your stay, please avoid setting the temperature below 72 degrees. Setting it too low can cause the coils to freeze, which may lead to a temporary loss of cooling. Keeping the thermostat at a moderate level will help maintain a comfortable environment throughout your visit. HVAC visit due to coil freezing because of setting the temperature too low will be charged to the guest.

Find us

You are located right in the middle of Old Town Scottsdale. Walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and other amenities. Quick UBER to anything you might need. The unit is also easily accessible to the many golf carts that transport people in Old Town. If you have a vehicle there is parking on the North Side of the building and you can use spot 14. Also, you can park anywhere in the neighborhood without any parking passes.
