With 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 half baths, and 3 balconies, there’s room for everyone to spread out and relax. On the second level, enjoy a bright, open-concept living area with a private balcony, a cozy lounge with Smart TV, a formal dining space, and a guest half-bath. The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream - fully stocked and upgraded with high-end stainless steel appliances, a gas range, Wolf oven, wine fridge, quartz countertops, and custom cabinetry. Head upstairs to the third floor, a quiet retreat with three bedrooms, two full baths, and a private balcony off the primary suite, which includes a rainfall shower and plush bedding. The fourth bedroom is located on the entry level. The sleeping setup includes 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, and 1 queen air mattress. Planning a stay for a few more people? Nearby, enjoy Southside Park, a community hub with a lake, farmers market, walking paths, and even wild turkeys! Parking is allowed inside the garage only, which is equipped with an EV charger. Do not park in front of the garage or on the driveway at any time, even briefly, as it blocks the neighboring owner’s space and violates our shared driveway agreement. Any additional vehicles must be parked on the street, subject to availability. The garage door is narrow, so we recommend backing in for easier access. Your health and safety are our priority. The home is cleaned and disinfected thoroughly before and after each stay using fragrance-free, hospital-grade products. Our guests’ health, safety, and well-being are our top priority, and we take all necessary precautions to ensure a clean and safe environment. To make sure that we maintain the property's cleanliness and safety, we kindly request that you take note of the following reminders for strict implementation during your stay at our property: ★ STREET PARKING ★ Street parking is available in front of the home or around the block. Please note that free street parking is limited and is enforced by the city. Paid parking is available directly in front of the property. Always follow any posted street signs or restrictions to avoid citations. If no spots are available immediately, you may temporarily stop in the alley beside the house to unload luggage — just be sure to leave enough space for another vehicle to pass. ★ SECURITY CAMERAS ★ There are three exterior cameras covering the perimeter of the home. The cameras ensure the safety of our guests at all times. ★ NOISE MONITOR ★ Please note that we have installed a Noise Aware inside the home to monitor noise levels. The NoiseAware device is not intended for recording, and please be assured that we cannot hear any audio from it. Parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, and the like are not allowed. Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 PM, are not allowed. Please respect your neighbors by keeping noise levels down. ★ AC usage ★ To ensure the air conditioning system functions properly during your stay, please avoid setting the temperature below 72 degrees. Setting it too low can cause the coils to freeze, which may lead to a temporary loss of cooling. Keeping the thermostat at a moderate level will help maintain a comfortable environment throughout your visit. HVAC visit due to coil freezing because of setting the temperature too low will be charged to the guest. ★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★ Pets are strictly prohibited on the premises. ★ NO SMOKING ALLOWED ★ Smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana is strictly not allowed anywhere on the property. Please smoke on the street and do not litter cigarette butts or ashes on the property. ★ SMOKE DETECTOR ★ Burning candles, incense, or any other open flames is strictly prohibited. ★ PACKAGE DELIVERY ★ Per regulations, guests are not allowed to use the mailboxes on site. You may have Amazon packages delivered to the door and also use nearby post office boxes for mail. We would not be liable for any lost packages. ★ DOOR LOCKS ★ Please ensure that you lock the door at all times to ensure the safety of you and your belongings. Front door automatically locks after 15 seconds. ★ NUMBER OF GUESTS ★ The number of guests staying should not exceed the number stated in your reservation, and unapproved visitors -including daytime guests- are not allowed on the property. This is required by the city rental permit and our property insurance, so we strictly enforced it. ★ TREAT THE HOME LIKE YOUR OWN ★ If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, look after it; if you make a mess, clean it up; and if you move it, replace it. ★TOILETRIES★ Toiletries provided in the bathroom are intended for initial use only. These items are meant to serve as a startup kit to get you settled in upon your arrival. For longer stays or if you require additional supplies, we kindly ask that you make the necessary arrangements to purchase these items as needed. ★ LIABILITY DISCLAIMER ★ We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. ★ FEES ★ • We use high quality sheets for our unit. Please be sure not to get them stained, as we may have to charge $25 for extra cleaning if the stains get removed or the entire amount of the cost to replace the sheets if the stains cannot be removed. • Deep Cleaning and Holiday Cleaning Fee A deep cleaning fee applies to reservations of 7 nights or more. A holiday cleaning fee also applies to guests who check out during recognized holiday dates. An additional $90 fee will be charged for bookings that meet the criteria for both deep cleaning and a holiday stay. This amount will be collected through the Airbnb Resolution Center after the reservation is confirmed. • A lost remote control (TV or fan) will result in a $100 charge. • A $250 fine will be imposed for any type of smoking. • Please avoid eating or drinking in bed, and always sleep under the provided sheets to protect the comforter and linens. Do not place shoes or luggage on top of comforters to prevent stains and damage. If the carpet, comforters, towels are stained or damaged and require professional cleaning or replacement, the cost will be charged to the guest based on the actual cleaning/replacement costs (up to $500). • Unapproved Late Check-Out fees: Every hour after 11 a.m. is an additional $100. • Additional guests not listed in your reservation will be charged $250 per night per person. Please be completely transparent in your reservation to avoid this issue. • A $250 fee will be assessed for blocking or covering entrance surveillance cameras. A custom iron entry door welcomes you into a thoughtfully crafted space where elegance meets functionality. You'll find three floors of living space, each with its own unique features. The first floor has one bedroom and a half bathroom with attached Garage. The second floor is where you'll find a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a half bathroom, a living room, a dining room, and two balconies to enjoy fresh air. The third floor has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a private balcony and a rainfall shower head. The kitchen is also fully stocked with everything you'll need for your stay, including filtered water, coffee, cups, plates, and silverware. Each room is secured with a unique code that will be provided in your check-in instructions. If you haven’t received the code by the time of your arrival, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to assist! Two Roku TVs in bedrooms have guest mode enabled. Each guest needs to enter their checkout date and then need to use their own credentials for the streaming services. The firetv in the living room however does not have a dedicated guest mode. Please make sure to log out your account upon checkout.

The location and home were absolutely perfect and exceeded our expectations. We wanted a place walkable to restaurants, clean, desk space for us to work during the day, comfortable, spacious and that had garage parking to secure our belongings in the back of our truck as we made our way into the Bay Area. We got all of this and more! Tons of amenities included and all of the essentials. Although the garage was somewhat narrow, it still fit our Tacoma and was plenty deep. We also loved the beds so much that we asked Nima and his team what kind of beds/firmness so we can buy one for our own home. Nima and his team were super responsive and friendly. We’re thinking of coming back the last few days of our month long trip. 20/10, highly recommend.

This place was very nice, clean and spacious. The kitchen was amazing and It contained everything we needed. It's beautiful and we were able to walk to Golden 1 which helped immensely. Great location and the customer service was terrific, very communicative.
